The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain what information Jackie Casey Consulting collect and what we do with it. Jackie Casey is the controller and processor of information for Jackie Casey Consulting.

We do not and will never pass on your personal information or sell your information to a third party without your permission. Except in exceptional circumstances where there is sufficient evidence or concern about:

A client’s psychological and physical safety.

Safety of other persons who may be endangered by the client’s behaviour. The health, safety and wellbeing of children or vulnerable adults.

Disclosure under these circumstances will only be to appropriate medical professionals or officers of the law.

Information Technology and Security

Jackie Casey Consulting procure and subscribe to the services of a reputable Microsoft Cloud Solutions partner who monitor and check our system on an ongoing basis for any threats to the security of our information. If we process client or contact information in any way it is held within the secure and encrypted cloud services provided by Microsoft 365.

What information do we collect?

We collect minimum information when we process a request for our services and if you agree will contact you by email, telephone, or post about our services that we think may be of interest to you. You have a right to ask to see what information we hold about you and should you wish to make a subject access request please email or write to us, there is no charge for this information. A request for information will be responded to within 30 days.

Website

We collect data through our website via the use of Cookies. This information is used purely to track visitor use.

Occasionally there may be links to other websites which are not controlled by Jackie Casey Consulting. We are not responsible for and do not accept liability for the security or the actions or content of their site.

How your information is used?

We may from time to time send information about our services or offers that we believe to be useful and/or are of interest to you and you will always be able to unsubscribe from receiving information from us whether it is sent in email or through proprietary marketing software. We may on occasion use a mailing list from a reputable organisation for the purpose of promoting our services and these are separate from our own database.

Psychometric Assessments

We subscribe to a number of reputable Psychometric Test Publishers whose products are approved by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and who take our client and our security very seriously including automatic encryption of assessment data. However, neither the Test Publisher nor Jackie Casey Consulting can provide warranty, guarantee or liability to you in the event that any data transmission over the internet is not completely secure.

When a client requests that we set up/provide an assessment service minimal information is requested about the candidate and we ask that clients seek and provide permission to us that the candidate consents the sharing of their contact information with Jackie Casey Consulting. The candidate information is used to set up an online assessment within a secure area of the Test Publishers site.

Once an assessment report is completed the file is downloaded in to the secure cloud workspace of Jackie Casey Consulting. The assessment report can only be accessed by specific people e.g. the potential employer or client user of the assessment and this is done by sharing the report using Cloud technology. Jackie Casey Consulting aim to limit the access of reports to only those who need to see the information for a specific purpose. Jackie Casey Consulting is not responsible for the storage and use of any report outside of its own system once it has been shared with the client company. Assessment reports are held for a finite time within a Test Publishers site and for 5 years within the Jackie Casey Consulting cloud-based workspace.

Training, Coaching and Counselling Services

Through the provision of services as described above it is often necessary and good practice to record information during one to one sessions with clients. These notes are held securely by Jackie Casey consulting for 5 years and where possible scanned and held within the cloud based workspace of Jackie Casey Consulting.

Jackie Casey Consulting reserve the right to update the Privacy Policy should we change the way that we collect and process information through our website or delivery of our services.
